Sue Palmer and I first met in the late 1970's when she was a mortgage officer for the CIBC and I was a realtor with Block Bros.

What first impressed me about Sue was that she was approachable. She liked the challenge of taking a situation and bending the rules to make it fit. If it made sense, Sue would find a way to get the mortgage approved.

Over the years, I have continuously referred mortgage business to Sue because she compliments the high level of service that I provide my clients.
